Last night was my Faculty's annual DnD. Held at Grand Hyatt, the place was not bad, but the food was horrible! The performance though was not bad. We had a pageant contest where many of my friends took part, we woo-ed and we ahh-ed, we also HAHA-ed.
Everyone took tons of pic(will post them here as soon as i get some nice ones) and had games which were quite entertaining actually, maybe because we werent the one who were up on stage? Din win anything from the lucky draw too, neither did my friends from the same table as me =(
However there was this very interesting guy who had a very interesting ability. And that was to cut out the side-view shape of a person on a paper using a scissors in less than a min!!! WHAT TALENT!!! Better yet, it was free!
All in all i cant find any flaws from the whole event, except for the time and schedule which was not very in sync. But that din bother me much so ya... Kudos to DND committee!!
After the event, the bunch of us decided to go to Alley's bar, a pub nearby. You all SHOULD noe that i dun drink, but hell i still went along thinking i could just hang around and save a few bucks. BIG MISTAKE! Was "sabo-ed" into drinking and being a good sport, i drank 1 1/4 cup of beer, i think, called "stella something something".
This was the first time i ever drank a full cup of alcohol!!!! I tell you, the feeling wasnt good as ive expected. Maybe the initial part where u begin to feel abit hot and drowsy was still ok, i definitely din like the part where i was all defenseless. That was also the part after i finish drinking 1 cup and felt unconcious and puke in the toilet. My whole body was RED, my friends can be witnesses! I remember falling down too. CONTRADICTORILY, i was in GOOD hands of my FRIENDS while i was in my "drunken" state. Haha, watever it was, it was still a valuable experience regardless whether its good or bad. Now i really NOE wat it feels like to drink beyond ur limit. So next time if i DO drink, i'll noe wats my limit...... ZERO CUPS!!! =PPS: thanks to all who showed care or concern in one way or another, may the force be with u!
